Think it's best Hawkshead's place to stay. A heating system, ironing facilities and a study table were good.

The staff was friendly, the room was very clean and the breakfast was EXCELLENT, everything as we expected. The location was magnificent, only a short distance to all interests. For tea or coffee visit sun cottage cafe nearby. Btw, their waitress is top!
